Let me introduce myself. I'm researching mostly the GODSHALK / WAGNER
/SMITH /COWLING / SHOOK names all in Northampton County. I'm from York
Co. PA and go to the PA State library regularly. Just started my
genealogical research in July so I'm pretty much still a beginner.
Presently I'm stuck trying to find the parents of my ggrandparents, John
and Clara Cowling Smith. Both are supposedly born in Cornwall England
but they married in her home in Chapman's Quarries in Sept 1885. I have
no more information on them and cannot find either on the 1871 Cornwall
Census although they both would have been born by then!! Any help on
this or my other family names would be appreciated. Also I'm willing to
help anyone if they have easy look-ups at the State Library. Thanks.
