There is an index to the PA Archives that lists alphabetically by name
(and spelling variations). The book is SOLDIERS OF THE AMERICAN
REVOLUTION: NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, INCLUDING LEHIGH COUNTY,
by Williams, Mildred C. and Brittingham, Janet R. published in 1987 by
Will-Britt Books. It gives the mailing address of both compilers.
Some listings OF KEMMERER I see are:
(S=SERIES, V=VOLUME# and page listed after that):

Kemerer, Jacob
