Louise and anyone else interested

I some how missed this post ( darn delete button) but I think you are
looking for a Church that was or is in Springfield the church that Sue
refers to has another name on a wall entrance SPRING HILL I am not sure of
the date ( 1830/38) the church is called Trinity Lutheran Church today.
There is also Springfield Mennonite church/cemetery. There are two
cemeteries/ churches in SPRINGTOWN which is in SPRINGFIELD TWP. I have
seen many records that refer to it as Springfield for the town. I think this
is for people born just outside the town of SPRINGTOWN. Like myGGGG
grandfather HESS born on a farm 1/4 mile away.
There is a small very small cemetery that has less then 10 tombstones its
called SALEM UNITED METODIST church today. My grandfather was married there.
The other is the main cemetery.
If I can help anyone with names here please feel free to contact me
Hope this is of help
Donna Lindeman
