Robin, when you say land grant, do you mean you have a copy of the patent?

Robin, you are right, a Robert Morris was a major investor in the
Pennsylvania Population Company--they bought up and controlled approximately
500,000 acres of land. Due to a controversy over their methods of
controlling these large amounts of land, and breaking a 1792 law, Morris, in
fact, went to debtor's prison in 1798.
