Dotter, William C., wife Cayetana, applied 1887 in CA., served NY

Rev. War
"Dotter", Samuel Solomon, PA., applied 1833 Luzerne County, aged 75 a
resident of Newport township. Soldier lived at the Irish Settlement in
Northampton County at enlistment. Soldier was born in 1759 near
Pottsgrove in Phila., (now Montgomery County). Soldier mentions a
brother Philip of Northampton County. After the war soldier lived in
Berks and Northampton counties and in 1803 moved to Wilkes "Barren"
township in Luzerne county and in 1813 moved to Newport township.
