I am just starting to research the Santee Family in the 1700s. What
nationality were they, and when did they come to Northampton. I am
particularly interested in the families of John and John Jr, and John's
daughter Susanna. I would appreciate any help on this.

Hello Betty

I caught your post on the Northampton Co. list

I am at our summer home without my notes and records so this is off the top
of my head. I want to say the Santees were German and lived in the Drylands
area north of Bethleham. I think I recall they had some sort of relationship
to my RITTERs. When I get home in Sept., I will check.
