Subject: [PANORTHA-L] Homan's Eddy

I've searched the USGS GNIS site but nothing has turned up. Anyone ever
hear of an old place called Homan's Eddy? It was Northampton County in 1786
and I suspect it was Carbon County. The description said "about one mile
from Deleware [sic] River nearly opposite Homan's Eddy."
