No, it was 1683, most were nat. in Nov of 1691.

It part his letter says, on the 16th of the same month (August, 1683)
with much joy we can into sight of America, and on the 18th in the
morning entered Delaware Bay, which is thirty English miles long and
fifteen wide.

History of Germantown

Francis Daniel Pastouris, a chief among the first settlers, and speak of
his scholarship and his writing in Latin in a good hand. In 1687 he was
a member of the Assembly. He once owned all of Chestnut Hill.

John Johnson's family had a paper date 1683 concerning the division of
lands. "excuted and witnessed in the cave of Francis Daniel Pastorius
Esq. Watson's Annals, Vol I, page 171

On Oct 25, 1685, Pastorius, made with the Governor's (and that would be
Wm Penn) concurrence, laid out and planned Germantown or Gemanoples.

Pastorius says that Germans built a little chapel in Germantown in 1686.

Pastorius sailed from Deal on June 7th A.D. 1683, with four males and
two female servants. There were 80 passengers. The food given was poor.
On Aug. 16th the American continent was sighted and the capes of
Delaware entered on the 18th. New Castle and Upland were passed on the
20th and Phila. reached that evening. William Penn and his secretary
welcome the new comers.
