Irene B. Parsons

Irene B. Parsons, 94, of Washington Township, formerly of East Bangor,
died March 1 in Phoebe Slate Belt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center,
Bangor R.1. She was the wife of the late Bernie W. Parsons.

She was a secretary for the former S.H. Hamm Slate Exchange, Bangor,
and East Bangor Cemetery Association.

Born in Bangor, she was a daughter of the late Luther P.
and Elva (Reimer) Yetter.

She was a Methodist.

Survivors: Son, Larry B. of Plainfield Township; four stepgrandchildren,
seven stepgreat-grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday, James B. Gaffney Funeral Home,
314 S. First St., Bangor. Call 10-11 a.m. Friday.

Contributions: Phoebe Slate Belt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
