I just found this group and my interest is in the JOHN family who
lived in the Bear Gap area in the 1800s. I have a lot of information
about the family from a book written by my 4th cousin Marijane John
Zerphey and from a diary written by my GGG Aunt Eliza John.

My primary interest is in any maps of the area during that period.
Particularly if they show who lived in certain areas. Also,
information about stage lines and railroads at that time.
