I am looking for the descendents of two Simmons families in Mt Carmel,
Nothumberland Co. John Wallace Simmons b. 1879 d. 1949 buried in Mt Carmel
Cemetery. Married Elizabeth Brassington b. 1876 d. 1962. Children Alma,
Ruth, Myrtle, William Howard, Clyde John b. 1912, Ralph Burton b. 1916
married to Grace Sutton and George Albert b. 1918. This family moved to
Camp Hill, PA.

Second family, Francis Simmons b. 1849 in England. Married Rachel
Brassington b. 1856 d.1907 in Mt Carmel buried in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Children: John S. Simmons b. 1879 in Girardville Wife's name was Sadie.
They had a son William Simmons b. 1902 in Mt Carmel. James Jonathan Simmons
b. 1882 d. 1906 buried in Oak Hill Cemetery. Married to Judith ? They had
a daughter Rachel b. 1903 in Mt Carmel. Judith married George Hasler after
the death of James. William Simmons b. Dec 1886 married Lillian Hughes.
They had the following children: William b. 1904, Jane b. 1911, Robert b.
1915, Harriett b. 1917 and George b. 1919 all in Mt Carmel.
