Bob,
Your reply sounds exactly right. I'm going to get a hold of the state and
try to check this out. Thanks for the great idea. My grandmother was an
orphan so nobody would have put her in a private hospital. I have a picture
of her with several other young women in front of what looks like a cottage.
They are all cleaning, ironing, etc. It is actually a cute picture with
their little dust caps on like maids' caps in English movies. They looked
happy.
