I don't know if this will be of any help or not, but it is worth a look.
There is one Farrow family in the Snydertown Borough, Northumberland Co.
in 1900. Although she was not yet born they could be related.

If you are able to get the 1900 census, this is where you will find it:
Series: T623 Microfilm: 1449 Book: 2 Page: 217

I will show you what is on it, that is what I can read (very poor census
copy)

One other thing, there is a Snydertown in Centre Co too.
