Lynn,
The reference below might possibly help you identify "Krebs Church."
However, please note that the reference does not specifically identify
this church as "Krebs Church," nor is a church by this name included in
the index of the book.

From C.F. Glatfelter, PASTORS AND PEOPLE, Vol. 1 (1980):
P. 451
"On April 11,1774 the proprietors [of Pennsylvania] granted a warrant
for twenty-five acres in Augusta (later Mahanoy) township to Gottlieb
Leffler and Henry Krebs, 'in trust for a Lutheran and Calvanist (sic)
[Church] and School House thereon to be erected and Built.'
(Northumberland Warrant L-71, BLR)."
Glatfelter concludes this entry with the notation that "Effective
January 3, 1970 the two congregations merged to become St. Peter's
Lutheran church, Red Cross." The village of Red Cross, surrounded by
Jackson Twp., is located on Rt. 225, the "mountain road" just east of
Herndon.
