Hi,

I cannot find the next link for my Thomas S. SMITH. Anyone have a Thomas
SMITH that they don't know what to do with?

Thomas S. SMITH born 6/7/1810 in Northumberland County, PA -- died
10/14/1884; married 1st to Mary WOLVERTON (born 3/30/1806--died
8/30/1853); 2nd married Rachel UNKNOWN (born about 1817--died
unknown). They lived in Shamokin Township at least from 1850 until
Thomas's death. I have no idea where he was before, other than his
daughter's death certificate that stated he was born in Northumberland County.

Children of first marriage:

Aaron SMITH born about 1832
Martha SMITH born 9/16/1833
Susan SMITH born about 1835
Maria SMITH born about 1838

Children of second marriage
Morris SMITH born September 1856
Harriet SMITH born about 1859

SMITH children that lived with 2nd family but were not listed on the 1850
census:

Amelia SMITHborn about 1847
Isabelle SMITH born about 1850.
I can think of two possibilities for these children, one being that they
were living with relatives during the census in which case they belong to
Thomas and Mary (WOLVERTON) SMITH or that Rachel UNKNOWN SMITH brought
these children into the marriage.
