TREVORTON MAN INJURED

George DEIBLER, Trevorton bootleg miner, is in serious
condition in the Shamokin State Hospital as the result of
having been crushed while at work in a coal hole near
Trevorton late Wednesday.

DEIBLER was working under the surface when a collapse
of the roof partially buried him. Examination at the hospital
showed that he suffered a fractured pelvis and probably
internal injuries.

CONDITION GOOD

Reports from the Williamsport hospital indicate that the
condition of Mrs. C. R. KLAPP of Watsontown, who underwent
an operation Tuesday, is satisfactory. Daniel A. KREMER,
Watsontown, who has been quite ill, is little improved.
