Hi Bonnie and Fellow Listers:

I believe the Middle Ridge area that you speak of is actually now in
Perry Co., PA..

I would also suggest that you look under the surname BERRIER and
BERGER. I have found that in early records [Perry Co.] some of the
BERRIER families were listed as BARGER and BERGER.
