Thomas Dromgold
Appointment of Guardian

April 5, 1842--The Petition of Thomas Dromgold was read to the Court stating tht his father died intestate leaving issue __ That your petitioner is a minor above fourteen years of age And has no person or Guardian He prays the Court to permit him to choose a Guardian. Whereupon the Court, upon due consideration, do order and appoint Michael Donnally, Guardian over the person and estate of said minor, during his minority or until he shall be discharged according to law.
