Subject: Philadelphia Naturalization Records

Hi, I'm a new subscriber and I'm looking for my great grandfather JOHN
BARRETT who came to Philadelphia from England in the 1860s. I find him
listed in William Filby's book, PHILADELPHIA NATURALIZATION RECORDS; ref.
974.811, an Index to court records. Problem is, I need to get a copy of the
original document and I don't know how to get them. Does anyone know the
address and the costs for the originals. Someone told me they were available
from the Detroit Public Library but that's wrong. They don't have
Philadelphia. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Sandy
