Try the city archives and/or the coroner's office.
I doubt that there is any record, though.

Hello everyone,

My grandfather's sister, Florence (Ludington) Fleming, was killed by a car
on the Southwestern trolley, at 16th St. and Moyamensing Avenue on
September 8, 1901. From a newspaper clipping found in my ggrandmother's
Bible, it said an inquest was held. The jury rendered a verdict of death
from injuries accidentally received. Can anyone tell me where I might be
able to find the transcript of this inquest?

Thanks in advance for your help.

John
