In 1861, my William D. COBB is listed in McElroy's directory. In 1862, his
widow Angela is listed. I know the directories don't really reflect the
correct year. In other words, 1861 directory information was accumulated
most likely in 1860. Should I be concentrating on 1861 in trying to find a
death certificate for William D. COBB?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
