Barbara,

I obtained a copy of Declaration Intention from 1867
for my great-grandfather from the Philadelphia City
Archives at 31 and Market Sts. I received that
document by mail; later I visited the Archives and did
research in other records.

If you need the information, I have details of fees
charged by PCA for copies retrieved and sent to you by
mail. I know that information has been posted to this
list before, so you could check this lists archives.
