Joan,

Juniper Street is just east of Broad Street, and 122 is in the second block
north or south of Market Street. Juniper is the street on the east side of
Philadelphia's City Hall.

If 122 was north of Market St, in 1861 this address would have been in the
10th Ward. If south of Market, it would have been the 8th Ward.
