Immanuel German Lutheran Church was located at Lackawanna and Penn Streets
in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.

Sandy-
Tackawanna Street is still there, but I doubt if a Lutheran Church is in
that
vicinity at this time-however, I will try to find if one was there at that
time. (I am sure there was-not so long ago in Philadelphia. each
neighborhood
had such a wide variety of places of worship-all religions,
denominations).Many of the churches have moved, or been absorbed by larger
churches. I know that happened in the area where I grew up, as well as many
others-such as the area of Tackawanna St you mention
