What I can tell you is that Union was just south of Spruce and I beleive it
is present day Delancy. There is a small street just below Spruce called
Cypress - maybe that was Ashland. There was also what appears to be a small
alley which runs north and south from Union to Spruce - and that might also
be Ashland. Just so you know, the numbered streets run N-S and the Spruce,
Delancy...etc. would run E-W. I would check into that a little
further...maybe someone else knows. Check out www.mapquest. Go to maps and
type the address as 3rd and Spruce and you will see where it is located.
You can also get directions on mapquest. Hope this is helpful.
