The city archives are at 31st and Market Streets. They're open until 5 PM.
There is a parking lot at that location but its frequently full, there is also
one around the corner behind the building. If you take the train from NJ and
transfer to the EL you can get off at 30th and Market and walk to the
archives which is a block away.
