I contacted the school directly for my father in law records (different
school though). I was able to get his records. Good luck.

Do you mean Harrisburg in Dauphin County, PA? If so you will want to ask
this question on the PADAUPHI-L list rather than the Philadelphia list where
there are list members who are more familiar with Harrisburg.
