1. Are you certain of the surname spellings? Check Phila. National Cemetery
to see what spelling they have.
2. Are you certain these people died in Phila.?

--My aunt died in Atlantic City, but her son-in-law wanted her will probated
in Camden County so he had the body transported to Camden County and the
death certificate was issued from there.
--My father's cousin died in WWII in Europe and there is no death
certificate in the U.S.
