The Family History Center Library Catalog includes Philadelphia marriage
records.

You might be interested in looking at:

Film no. 441381, Item 2, Marriage records of Philadelphia 1860-1878
or
Film no. 979000 (1872-1875), Board of Health Marriage Register

The second film no. above belongs to a collection where the films are not
that easy to read.

If you go to www.familysearch.org you can locate your nearest Family History
Center. Prior to looking at the above films, find the family in all possible
censuses so you can best guess their marriage date.
