Sorry that I couldn't do any good in pinpointing Charles' arrival in Phila.
I didn't have access to enough directories during the suspected years. I had hoped to spot him in the 1900 but that didn't work out. Hopefully there's some little bits of information here that you didn't have, i.e. Anna's father's name and various address and occupation changes over the years.

who is head of the house, maybe parents, and didm't get listed. I
doubt that's the case as he's a 25 year old working man and should
have been listed. But anyway, I've listed the names in hopes you'll

By 1910 census Charles and Anna are enumerated with Mary Eisele [listed as head...she was Anna's mom]. He is listed as barber on that census. Dottie R. Bla
