Recently, when my elderly aunt passed away I found a letter from Josephine Moore 1856 - 1929 d: November 29, 1929 in Turbotsville, PA who married Clarence M Stiles 1854 - 1925 d: October 12, 1925 in Turbotsville, PA, Josephine is living RD 3 Watsontown. The dead dates are not proven by me but do come from a Stiles family historian. Josephine Moore is the daughter of Marcus and Mahala Moore. The parents lived from about 1856 in Hector , Potter County, PA to about 1881 when Marcus disappears from the tax rolls. I have been unable to find a death or cemetery record for either. Prior to that Marcus was listed on the 1850 census in Steuben County. Does any one have any info on this family.? Thanks in advance. Marilyn
