Hi, I hope you can help me. I found my great grandfather, Fed Park, in the
1880 Greene County, GA census (ED 37, Dist. 161, Greene, GA Page 279A) along
with his children . It was on the cd's provided by the Church Of Jesus
Christ. It doesn't say what town they were living in, and my great
grandfather is listed as widowed. I tried locating him in the 1870 census, in
the hopes of finding my great grandmother's identity, but was unsuccessful. I
want to know the town they were living in and my great grandmother's name.

Curiously, there were many other Park families living nearby. I assume that
some of them may have been brothers of my great grandfather but I don't know
how to verify that, given that some are white, some black and some mulatto.
Starting with the ones who live in the same E. D. (37) and District (161)
seems to make sense. If so, then I'd make a stab at Nelson S. Park as perhaps
my gggf and Nelson J. Park, Sterling Park, and Willis Park as Fed's brothers?
Was Polly Park a sister-in law? My gggf could just have easily been Cyrus
Park, a 60 y/o mulatto fisherman. How do I tell?

70 y/o Columbus Park, a white physician and his family, including son (?)
Thomas in another household, also live in the same District. In Dist. 160
lives Albert Park, Dist 162 lives Goliath Park, and Dist. 163 Emmanuel Park. I
'm told there was something called Park's Mill Road, that's all I know. Is it
in Greene County?

I hope this isn't too confusing and that you can help me. Thank you so much.
Marie
