I am interested in the story of Nancy and Sarah, as well...
John Knox Polk Parks, is my G Grandfather..
I have always heard the story, that Nancy was JKP's mother and died in
childbirth with Cindarilah, do you know that to be true?
Then, Daniel married Nancy's sister, Sarah...and Sarah raised Nancy's
children.
I have a picture of Daniel and Sarah that I'll scan and send to anyone who
wants it...But I think that everyone has that picture by now, it's of Sarah
sitting and Daniel standing beside her. She has what appears to be a book on
her lap.
