I have William Parry b. 5-2-1844 in Treforest, Glamorgan; m. Martha Frances (nee Lewis) b. 11-15-1854 in Treforest, Glamorgan. They ended up in Stockton-on-tees, County Durham, England. 1881 census for Stockton-on-tees, shows a son, William Philip Parry, age 7, born in Stockton-on-tees. Also had daughter Leah Hannah Parry, b. 9-12-1881 born in Stockton-on-tees. They had one other daughter, but not sure of her name. Parry's ended up in U.S. approx 1887 and resided in Niles, Ohio (Trumbull County). Griffiths family of Stockton-on-tees emigrated with them. Father David Griffiths, b. approx 1844 in Monmouth, and Mother Ann Griffiths (nee Morgan) b. approx 1845 in Monmouth, resided accross the street from Parry's in Stockton-on-tees, according to 1881 census. David and ann had at least 7 children according to same 1881 census: James, Elizabeth, Amelia Ann, Thomas G., David, Frederick, and Francis. Frederick Griffiths married Leah Parry in Ohio (Niles, Warren, or Youngstown) in 19!
04 and they moved to Youngstown, Oh. They had four children, William Parry Griffiths, Martha Frances Griffiths b. 2-22-1922, Marian Griffiths and Fred M. Griffiths Jr.; Martha m. Walter C. Snyder (Son of Emmett and Edna (Birchfield) Snyder) and resided in Canfield, Oh.; William P. m. Sally? and resided in Youngstown; Fred Jr. and Marian died in Youngstown in the 1920's.
