I only found Charles H because I was looking for the family using just first name, age and birthplace - that's always worth doing if you are missing someone in the censuses, as long as you can narrow it down sufficiently by age, etc. Check out the P's first for mistranscriptions such as Parrey, Perry, Pany, Pavy, Pacey, then look wider afield at names like Harry, and Tarry. It's probably easier to do that than to try to work out all the likely mistranscriptions.

The wider family sounds promising - let's hope marriage certificates confirm it.

It is possible, in the 1851 entry, that Thomas is away somewhere rather than missed off - I imagine Sarah might not have classed herself as the Head in his absence (But I still can't find a likely census entry for Thomas).
