Hi listers,

I'm just starting my research on my Parsons line and this is my first
post. Any information on the following family would be appreciated. As
I said, I'm just starting my research and the only information I have is
from an old note book from my grandmother containing family lineage and
lots of old photos. She does not state her sources.

Generation No. 1

1. CHAUNCEY SMITH1 PARSONS was born Abt. 1816, and died Abt. 1863. He
married AMELIA BYRNS, daughter of PATRICK BYRNS and SOPHIA FRENCH.


Children of CHAUNCEY PARSONS and AMELIA BYRNS are:
i. JULIA2 PARSONS, b. Abt. 1853; d. Abt. 1854.
2. ii. CHARLES DOOLITTLE PARSONS, b. July 14, 1855, Burr Oak, Michigan;
d. June 1903.
3. iii. HELEN BRYRNS PARSONS, b. August 14, 1861, Hillsdale, Michigan;
d. February 17, 1942.

2. CHARLES DOOLITTLE2 PARSONS (CHAUNCEY SMITH1) was born July 14, 1855
in Burr Oak, Michigan, and died June 1903. He married CARRIE WEAVER.


Children of CHARLES PARSONS and CARRIE WEAVER are:
i. CHAUNCEY3 PARSONS, b. Abt. 1884.
ii. LLOYD PARSONS, b. Abt. 1885.
iii. RALPH PARSONS, b. Abt. December 1888.
iv. IRENE PARSONS, b. Abt. 1892.

3. HELEN BRYRNS2 PARSONS (CHAUNCEY SMITH1) was born August 14, 1861 in
Hillsdale, Michigan, and died February 17, 1942. She married CHARLES
WILLIAM SHELDON May 17, 1882 in Burr Oak, Michigan.


Children of HELEN PARSONS and CHARLES SHELDON are:
i. MARIE LOIS3 SHELDON, b. December 13, 1883.
ii. ELIZABETH ELLA SHELDON, b. January 31, 1886.
4. iii. WARREN BYRNS SHELDON, b. April 01, 1889, Freemont, Nebraska; d.
May 18, 1956, Springfield, Greene County, Missouri.

4. WARREN BYRNS3 SHELDON (HELEN BRYRNS2 PARSONS, CHAUNCEY SMITH1) was
born April 01, 1889 in Freemont, Nebraska, and died May 18, 1956 in
Springfield, Greene County, Missouri. He married GLADYS PEARL TODD
August 05, 1917 in Seymour, Missouri, daughter of ALONZO TODD and MATTIE
GLADDEN.


Children of WARREN SHELDON and GLADYS TODD are:
i. HELEN ELIZABETH4 SHELDON, b. August 09, 1918, Marshfield, Missouri;
m. JAMES EVERETT VAUGHN, October 24, 1937, Springfield, Greene County,
