I believe that you are looking for James Partin and his wife, Julia. I have found them 1910 Knox Co., Ky. Census with children Flora, 16 and daughter Rosa under 1. This is all I have abt. them, I think that Julia is my Husband's great grandfather's sister He had another sister, Mollie Jones who lived at Plesant View, Whitley Co.,Kentucky. I have seen a picture of Julia. She is beautiful. Mary M.Jackson.
