Hi Rita,
My Great-Grandmother's name was Anna Jesse Jane Bradford(b.May 09, 1883 )but on her death certificate it list her parents as Charles Rhoads and Elizabeth Wood. She also had a brother John Rhoads(b.1866). We could have a Rhoads connection. I have never been able to find out much about that part of the family.
