On your request for the certificate, you specified the place of death - correct?

If you resubmit a request, perhaps don't be so specific. You could state
"Schuylkill Co." (if certain), or "Schuylkill Co. ?" (if not). Note that the
county and boro/town/township are on the same line, so make it obvious what
you doubt.

I believe that they try to match all the data that you supply. I've submitted
a few without 1 or 2 bits of data (e.g. I didn't know dates or names), and
they found the certificates.
