For those who descend from "Nine Partners" settlers of Harford, you might
want to read "A Sketch of The History of Attleboro". It discussses the
people who went to Harford from Attleboro. The book might be found via
Interlibrary Loan or in LDS Film catalog. I don't have the author's name
and it is not a recent publication.
Another good book to read is Richard Round's "Early Rehoboth". Lots of
genealogy in 4 volumes plus tales of the place including one about the Peck
counterfeiters. Some of the Attleboro people came from Rehoboth and Swansea
Ma first. My ancestors from such places can be found at:
