Great Bend,and New Milford are not very far from the NY
border into Conklin and Corbettsville. Is one of your ancestors
the founder of my address in Corbettsville? It was named for a Corbett.

Esther Corbett's husband John Denny was born in the area of Philipstown
NY which I belive is Dutchess County. None of the sources I have seen
indicate where Esther was born. However their earlier children,
eg. Sally was born 31 DEC 1798 Bloomington,NY suggesting that she was
also from the Hudson Valley area.
