I must make a correction.
Brackney is in Silver Lake township near Quaker Lake, Stanfordville is in
Liberty township to the east.
In a 1876 Map of Susquehanna County their is a Mrs. A. Gage living on Snake
Creek Road in the vicinity of the Bailey Cemetery.
Names of the house properties in a row are D.D. Stanford-the M. E.
Church-Mrs. A. Gage-J. Pope-Calvin Stanford-O. W. Stanford-C. Stanford.
Other houses in the HOWARD Dist.# 11 to the west are B. Dingman,O.L. Howard,
R. Howard,I.B. Webster, S.P. Allen.
