Does anyone have any information on the second wife of Joseph Lewis Marsh? She was Cynthia ?, census' state she was born in VT as well as her parents. Born in 1829 and died in 1907. She married Oliver Clinton after Joseph died in 1879. Her death certificate contains nothing. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
