Searching for family of:

Cornelia SNYDER b c 1802 NY? marr. May 1829 Clifford Corners, Susquehanna
Co., PA (2- Stephen MASTERS) d November 1879 Hollistserville, Wayne Co., PA.

Cornelia was marr. 1- Otis MADISON d 1828 Dundaff, Susquehanna Co., PA.
They had 3 children: George, Mary and Mathilda. (Mathilda may have been
marr. to Elisha Dabell WIGHTMAN - her name is shown as Mathilda MATTHEWSON)
Otis may have been in the War/1812 enlisting in NY.

'Commemorative Biographical Record NE PA', page 1035: 'In a biography on
Charles Masters (son of Cornelia and Stephen) it is stated that Charles
'maternal grandfather (Snyder) was a native of Germany and served in the
Revolutionary War'. It is unknown if this is true re the grandfather.

I have found a Cornelia SNYDER: 'Christening: 06 MAY 1799 Saint Peters
Lutheran Church, Rhinebeck, Dutchess, New York' dau. of Jacob Snyder and
Christina, but cannot find any further info to confirm if this may be 'my'
Cornelia.
