Hi June..

Fraid that ain't proof enough. We have headstones over here with the name spelt
both way's. Just adds to the confusion.

The UK side of the family spell it with one T and the US side with two T's.
Then a cousin from UK went to US and he spells it with one T in the same place
as his relatives spell it with two.
