Seeking any information on WILLIAM HENRY PATTERSON b. 6-9-1801 in Patterson
Mills, PA. His parents possibly were JOHN PATTERSON & MARGARET unknown.
Wm. Henry Patterson removed to Morgan Co. OH prior to 1825. He married MARY
ELIZABETH TAYLOR in OH on 6-21-1825. She was the daughter of HENRY TAYLOR &
JANE WHITE and was born 1801 in Westmorland Co. PA. The Taylor family
removed to Morgan Co. OH abt 1815. Wm. Henry operated a salt mine in Morgan
Co. They had 10 children. They removed to Allamakee Co. IA in 1854, on a
wagon-train led by their son-in-law Elisha Harris. Any information on this
family is appreciated. I have information to share on the descendants of
Wm. Henry Patterson. Thank-you Sharyl
