abt. 1770, Wilkes Co. GA-d. 10/1805, Greene Co. Ga. *{1790 census has him
in Salisbury Dist.,Rockingham NC though}*{in 1795 in Wilkes, GA.}
*{also found him in 1840 census in Capt. Simmons Dist. -{Now in or around
Fayette Co, GA}*

Married: Amelia {Milly} Heard {b. abt. 1774, VA-10/30/1857, Greene, GA}
She comes from William Heard {b. abt. 1753, Pittsylvania, Va.{his father:
Charles Heard} who married Mary Heard.
{Amelia also married William Jones on 1/5/1808, after Francis died.}
Williams f.: Richard Jones = Elizabeth Batte. Amelia and William had a
ch.:Lucy Jones{b.1813}= Hill, who named a ch. Francis Patterson Hill.

To sum up, there were many descendents who were namesakes of
Francis {
of 1770, abt. } Hopefully, someone out there will catch "the big one"
