Dear Patterson Researchers,I have never before posted my info,but am looking for info on Hezekiah Patterson,whom I believe,fought in the Rev. War.He along with Abijah and Samuel,were the sons of Abraham Patterson. In 1798,Hezekiah lived in a log cabin in Delaware Co.,NY. From there he appears to have moved to Greene,NY. Was in the 1800 census with a son under ten years of age.Trying to determine if Hezekiah was the father of Reuben,who has been described as "dying young",but not before he possibly moved to Elmira,NY and married an Electa or Electra.She was born in 1800 and died in 1887 in Elmira.If all this is true ,the family goes back to Andrew who came over from Scotland in 1685.Any researchers info on this line would be appreciated.Frank Patterson
