My research encompasses the Carolinas and Georgia. I have little to
go on on my Patterson line as my WILLIAM PATTERSON has NO info
reguarding his spouse. Only that a daughter SARAH PATTERSON married a
William Herrin b. 1788 in S.C. William and Sarah Patterson married
about 1805 in Spartanburg Co. S.C.

SARAH PATTERSON b. 1785 in S.C. died December 18, 1882 place
unknown.

William and Sarah Patterson had 9 children. the first 6 were born
(probably) in S.C. Their 7th child was born in N.C. and was named
MADISON P. HERRIN sho later removed to Habersham Co. Ga. with his wife
Alefare Morris.
Their last two children were daughters also born in N.C. The 9th
child Nancy M. Herrin b. 1828 died in Habersham Co. Ga. She married
Albert Bright Morris.

Any clues as to possibility of locating my William Patterson and his
daughter Sarah appreciated.
