CHARLES PATTERSON was born in NJ in August 1800. He first appears in
Dunbar Twp., Fayette Co., PA tax rolls in 1825 and c. 1835 moved to Holmes
Co., OH.

I'm trying to link him to other families that came from NJ to western PA.
In Fayette Co., the only likely family he could belong to is that of SAFETY
PATTERSON, but there is no evidence to support it. So my next step is to
find NJ Patterson families living in neighboring PA counties. If you know
of such a family he may or may not belong to, please let me know.
